Refund and Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges:
- Goods may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, undamaged condition, with all packaging, documentation, and accessories intact.
- Custom or special-order items are not eligible for return unless they are proven defective.
- Prior authorization must be obtained from Gator before any returns. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and shipping costs will be borne by the buyer unless the return is due to an error on the part of Gator.
Sample Products:
- Customers have a 7-day return period from the date of receiving the sample product. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe.
- To qualify for a return, the sample product must be in the same condition as received, including all original packaging and materials.
- Refunds will be issued only after a quality check of the returned product has been completed. Customers should allow a reasonable timeframe for the quality check before the refund is processed.
Warranties and Limitations of Liability:
- Gator provides a warranty on all goods in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms, covering defects in materials or workmanship but not damage from improper use, mishandling, installation errors, or failure to follow guidelines.
- Gator’s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective goods. The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
